The Sponsors
This page is dedicated to the kind people who have helped us one way or another. We aim to fund the whole trip ourselves, and any monies donated will always go to VSO. From time to time we have accepted discounts from nice people. In the interest of honesty there are 3 criteria for people/companies to appear on this page.
- We must REALLY like their product.
- The people/companies have helped us in one way or another. Usually a small discount
- We enjoy the correspondence and/or company of the sponsors
So to all those people who have helped - thank you! We like you and we like your products :)

Ian has agreed to be our first official sponsor, and is going to design our logo. Ian's company, Decor Bristol Limited, is a Bristol based, talented team of decorative plasterers specialising in Polished plaster, Venetian plaster and Moroccan Tadelakt.
If that doesn't mean much to you, pop over to his website to see the amazing things he can do to your bathroom. I don't normally get excited by bathroom walls, but what Ian and his team can do is incredible. Honest!
On top of this Ian is a lovely chap who will bring rays of sunshine to your life. |

Mapstor. Great Russian maps from great Russian people! Not only maps of Russian, but also maps spreading from Russia to China. These lovely people have also calibrated their maps to suit Oziexplorer - perfect!
Note that also the more you buy the bigger discount you get, as they charge in ratio to the size of the download. Thanks Olga :) |

These babies are the nuts for outdoor sleeping (Ollie's words!). They are as good as a tent, and yet you can pretend to be Robinson Crusoe waiting for Friday to give you a good rub down. (Er, Ollie again). We love these and are taking two as backup for our roof tent, and to enjoy when we reach the heat. |

Simon from MPS is the most honest salesman I have met. He told us the truth about all his products and we very happily bought a Engel fridge from him.
We met him at a very wet Billing, and he lent us his little hand pulled trolley to take some other gear back with us too. |

Paul from MyWay rooftents - what a star. Paul has been ever so kind and helpful ever since the first email that Jenny dropped him. Eventually we decided to join the MyWay community and we now are the proud owners of a 1.4 Serengeti roof tent. Paul personally delivered the tent and is certainly a man on a MyWay mission. We are too now :) |
